- I have been cycling on and off for a few years now and have been doing my best to get back in shape. I have even been running a bit (this shouldn't be crazy considering my past.) In High School I ran for Dekalb Barons Cross-Country and actually had Big Bad Brad M. as one of my coaches!
- Update -
When I setup this profile I was hoping to get back to running. However in early January Injured my ankle while running. It was a grade 2 ligiment tear and took me out of running for some time. I am still not able to run but have been biking.
